SHIPPING TO THE REST OF EUROPE (UPS-FEDEX):

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION (UPS-FEDEX):

Delivery within 10–15 business days.

Once your purchase has been completed, BESTLUXURY.ES may contact Customer Service by email at info@bestluxury.es or via WhatsApp at +34 625 495 743. We will provide you with information regarding the status of your order and the estimated delivery date and time range.

If you have not received your order on the indicated delivery date, you can contact us by email.
MRW will handle deliveries within SPAIN. In some cases, another carrier may be used to ship your order. The customer will always be notified and provided with the relevant carrier information.
Deliveries will be made within the timeframes specified for each destination (see above). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. If nobody is available to receive the order, the package may be returned and delivery may not be completed.
